Kevin Biebel - Veteran Builder and Entrepreneur

Kevin Biebel is an experienced entrepreneur, inventor, and nonprofit leader with a career spanning more than five decades across construction, architectural metals, and automotive restoration. He co-founded J. Frederick Construction in 1993, leading the firm for 15 years while delivering complex design-build projects for high-profile clients, including Hasbro, Six Flags, JetBlue Terminal 5, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and the City of New York. Kevin Biebel grew the company to over 120 employees, even constructing more than 8,000 bollards for New York City and over 1,100 flash flood control boxes for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA).

In 2008, Kevin Biebel and his wife, Yvonne, founded Art Metal Industry LLC, a premier architectural metals company that became the region’s top custom metals firm. Under his leadership, AMI completed major public infrastructure and art projects for the MTA and received approved vendor status with the NYC DOT, Port Authority of New York, and NYC Parks Department. The company also completed restaurant and bar interiors for Public House NYC, Gramercy Bar NYC, and Todd English NYC.

In 2015, Kevin Biebel joined the Saratoga Automobile Museum as an executive director. One year later, he was board chairman. Kevin Biebel guided the museum from insolvency to financial stability and helped launch impactful education initiatives reaching over 25,000 students. He retired in 2023.

An Eagle Scout and lifelong automobile enthusiast, Kevin Biebel now spends his time pro bono consulting on automotive preservation and restoration. He specializes in vintage and classic cars.
